Vinyasa Yoga
I have recently started my journey with learning yoga. I work part time for this amazing yoga studio (Prana in the village of fairport) that I would refer to anyone! Wither its to strengthen your core, relax, or de-stress yoga is a wonderful thing! Vinyasa yoga is an excellent technique for beginners as well. I am not flexible but the more I practice the more flexible I become. They offer beginner work shops to help correct posture and help you accelerate to more advanced levels. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They also offer student/ senior discounts!

Jessica Simpson’s daisy duke workout!!!
so i’m currently a wee bit obsessed with jessica simpson’s daisy duke body. but come on, it’s amazing:

if you’re keen, this is what she did 5 times a week to get it:
- 10 min treadmill warmup (walk to jog)
- 2 or 3 x 20 reps dumbell rows in squat position
- 2/3 x 20 reps squats
- 2/3 x 20 reps lying dumbell tricep extensions
- 3 x 12 reps reverse lunges (per leg)
- 8 min treadmill run
- 3 x 18 reps bicep curls in lunge position (per leg)
- 3 x 18 reps lateral raise in lunge position (per leg)
- 8 min treadmill run
- 20 x incline crunches
- 3 x 18 reps prone kneeling leg extensions (per leg)
- 3 x 15 reps forward lunges (per leg)
- 8 min treadmill cooldown (jog to walk)
** I can't wait to try this next week. My motivation for after the holidays!
